My name is Ali Buis and I am a graduate from the Florida State University with a major in Editing, Writing, and Media and a minor in Education. Writing is my passion, and the day isn't complete if I haven't at least jumbled my thoughts onto a piece of paper.

I was born and raised as a small town girl in Indiana, but my life completely changed when my parents moved our family to Lakeland, Florida when I was in middle school. I have been blessed with lifetime opportunities because of my time spent in Florida, including being a Seminole. 

​

Spending days with my loved ones and my bulldog make my heart smile and I am happiest with my toes in the sand at the beach. Although I am the most tone-deaf person I know, I enjoy being surrounded by music (ironic, right?) and singing as loud as I can any time I am in the car. A good cup of coffee keeps me going throughout my days, and a nice dinner, (crab legs if I'm feeling fancy) relaxes me at night. Life is best spent happy!
